An otherwise well 28 year old female presents to the emergency department with sudden onset of severe constant abdominal pain.
Exam revealed normal vital signs, a diffusely tender abdomen but no localising signs. All bloods were normal, other than AST and ALT that were 2x the upper limit of normal.
You order a CT of her abdomen.
